The Hatboro-Horsham Hatters won a tight contest, 6-5, over the Quakertown Panthers at Clifford C. Hendrickson Memorial Field on Monday. The Hatters were led by senior LHP Eric Lane. Lane tossed 6 innings, allowing just 3 hits and 2 while striking out 5. The Panthers took advantage of 3 Hatters errors to score 5 unearned runs. In addition to his work on the mound, Lane reached base 3 times via Hit By Pitches.

Ryan Murphy came in and closed out the game for his second save of the season with a perfect 7th inning striking out 1.

Chris Crookham led the offense with 2 hits, a run scored and an RBI. Joe Simmons, Justin Gregorio, and Ryan Murphy all chipped in an RBI.

The Hatters (4-3 Overall, 2-1 SOL Continental) will host CB West on Wednesday.
