Norristown softball wins 10-3 at home vs academy park

Norristown softball made up for 7 defensive errors with 15 hits scoring 10
runs today at home winning 10-3 against academy park. Leading the offensive
attack for the eagles was Kim Detwiler going 4 for 4, double & gabbie berry
3 for 4, double. Maggie Creciun & Shannon Melito also contributed with 2
hits a piece. Devon king & berry played strong defense for the eagles.
Daisy foster pitched a complete game 6 hitter striking out 3. All 3 runs
for academy park were unearned. Norristown scored 5 runs in the 3rd, 2
in the 4th, 2 in the 5th, & 1 in the 6th. Academy park scored 2 in the 5th
