#15 MEGHAN GUZEWICZ (1) 43:37: Just a few minutes into the second half, Guzewicz crashes the goal line for goal following a keeper deflection after catching the header off Memis' corner.

#12 KRYSTA MEMIS (1) 79:46: The second goal for Wiss came with only 20 seconds left in regular time. Memis finding a thru ball at center, delivered by Ryan - shot, deflected, and followed for a second shot to score.

A little slow but nice movement by Wiss, keeping much of the control throughout the scoreless first half. Showing a bit more grit than in the first half, Guzewicz, less than 4 minutes in, followed up her own header off of Memis' corner, to put Wiss up 1-nil. Guzewicz, center forward and first year captain, had an outstanding game with 1 goal, 7 shots, and 100% won challenges out of the air. Wiss continued to play possession, pushing forward and with better organization than in the first half. Ryan, Vervlied, and Elwell worked well together as did holding mid Gregorio, and backs Chiodo-Ortiz, Haney, and Matthews. The final reward came with only 20 seconds left, when Memis found herself with the ball at center - a shot, deflection, and another shot, brought the score to rest at 2-Nil.
