The Maidens of North Penn showed some adversity during their match today against Norristown being two games behind them at the start of the day in the standings. Norristown put a nice first game together with a 808 score led by Emily Kinsey (180), Crystal Rose(174), and Ayla Talbert (168) beating North Penn by 71 pins with a 731. North Penn got together knowing allot was on this match and focused on trying to bowl all together and trying to win the second game in which they did with a score of 871 with good games by Laure Marrone (203), Rebecca Murray( 197) and Kristina Turner (181)compared to Norristown's 708 thus gaining the lead on total pins by 92 . They knew that there was more to do with the thought of just winning the last game and North Penn won the third game by 33 pins ( 761-728). High in the third game was Gabby Verrillo (183) for North Penn amd Emily Kinsey (209) for Norristown. With winning three out of four points the Maidens moved into at least a second place tie with Norristown not know what co leader Upper Moreland was doing.
