Panthers opened their season with a win against non-league opponent Bensalem. After coming out flat the visiting panthers dropped game 1 by a score of 25-14. MaST took a commanding 15-4 lead in game 2 but much like game 1 the owls battled back to pull within 18-20. The panthers closed out the game on a 5 point run and never looked back. Panthers cruised through games 3 and 4 by cores of 25-10 and 25-7. Erin Schofield paced the panthers with 11 kills and 5 aces. Jess Behr added 9 kills and 7 aces. MaSt will be back at it Saturday when they travel to Pleasant Valley high school for a tournament.
