Paige DeCew raised her record to 8-3 as the Rams took a league win from Quakertown as she struck out 6, and scattered 5 hits. Haley Taylor was flawless at short for Pennridge as she had 4 assists in the final 6 outs of the game. Bridget Casey robbed Gray Spenser of a home run in the 3rd when she caught a Spenser flay ball to deep centerfield, catching the ball at the fence. The Rams offense was lead by Emily Mayhew (2 for 4, 1 RBI, one double) and Brooke Labs (2 for 3, 1 RBI). Paige DeCew and Julia Helbling both doubled. The Rams trailed 1-0 until the bottom of the 5th when Helbling ripped a lead off double over the centerfielders head. Pinch runner Larissa Motts, then advanced to third on a ground out. Then Emily Mayhew ripped a hard ground ball up the middle that hit the pitcher and rolled away; Mayhew was safe at first and Motts scored to tie the game 1-1. Then in the bottom of the 7th Bridget Casey singled to reach 1st with one out. Mayhew then doubled to the leftfield fence and Casey and Mayhew stood on 3rd and 2nd. Then with 2 out, Brooke Labs ripped a walk off single to right and lift the Lady Rams to the 2-1 victory.
