Wissahickon Comments
Yesteday Wissahickon met at CB South for their first double dual meet of the season. The boys came out with high expectations, hoping to swim fast, and see some of their hard work from the pool pay off on the clock.
CB south was fast, showing that in their relatively new facility. However, out boys started off with a Medley Relay 4 seconds off the automatic district qualifier time. The rest of the meet was filled with fast times including wins in the 50 free by senior Greg Beyer with a time of 23.41, and Doug Boehme in the 500 with an awesome swim 3/10's off the automatic district qualifier. Divers Brad Greer and Jeff Karo put on an amazing show for the crowd, both earning points for their team to keep us in the meet.
