The Lady Hatters fought a tough playoff match tonight against CB East and lost in four games (16-25, 19-25, 25-19, 22-25). The offense was led by senior Lauren Laucella (14 kills), sophomore Sam Jones (12 kills) and junior Quinn O'Donnell (6 kills). Laucella had 5 blocks and 2 block assists. Libero (senior) Caitlin Klotzbach dominated the defense with 13 digs. Klotzbach and Candyce Riley (sophomore) led in passing scores and Riley also contributed 6 digs. Laucella and Jones both had a pair of aces. Laucella served 12 points, Jones served 11, and freshman Cassidy Quattro served 10 points. Hannah Steiger dished out 20 assists.
