Abington defeated William Tennent at Five Ponds Country Club 200-212. Senior, CJ Brennan, came to play and shot the low score of 38 for the Ghosts. Brennan hit the ball solid with landing 7 greens in regulation. Relaxation on the course allowed Brennan to put up the lead number. Jake Shur, who was pleased with his 39, was not hitting great shots but his short game saved the day with 17 putts and 2 up and downs. Coyle, Hanley, and Barson were consistent with one another as each carded a 41. Barson and Hanley each had 5 pars and Coyle had 4. Abington faces Pennsbury at Huntingdon Valley Thursday.
