Despite nail biting losses in games one and two, the Lady Hatters captured the win after taking games three, four and five against Methacton (26-28, 24-26, 25-19, 25-22,15-13) on Friday night thanks to a full team effort. Carly Black dominated on offense with sixteen kills followed by Kathryn Lucca and Lauren Laucella each with nine kills. Laucella also shut down their hitters with eight blocks. Caitlin Klotzbach led the defense with 29 digs. Lucca and freshman Candyce Riley served 22 and 20 of the Hatters points respectively. Freshman, Sam Jones, assisted in the 42 team kills.
