Bensalem 5, Cheltenham 1
Bensalem rebounded from Tuesday’s loss to Neshaminy with a strong showing in a 5-1 victory over Cheltenham in Thursday’s SOL Crossover game.
Brandon Bock scored a pair of goals and added one assist for the Owls. Chase Esposito added a goal and an assist.

Bensalem coach Kevin Bock: “The boys responded well today following a difficult game on Tuesday. We had a really good practice (Wednesday) and focused on several of the things we struggled with Tuesday. The boys came out focused today and we were able to get an early goal on a play that started with our goalie swinging the ball out left, us connecting four passes up the sideline, and ultimately getting a cross from Dylan Barnhart to Chase Esposito for his 10th goal of the season. It was a nice combination of passes and was a great start. We were able to get a second off a corner kick that Cole Everett settled in the box and passed out to Brandon Bock for a one-time goal through traffic. It felt like we had a good bit of the possession in the first half. We had plenty of shots, but the Cheltenham goalie was outstanding. During the second half, we played an efficient game with solid possession and were able to get a few more goals.”
—Props: “We got a strong game from our defense today as they were aggressive throughout and markedly better than the prior game. Cole Everett had a great game today, winning many challenges and basically every head ball that he contested. Chris Fielding, Danny Kalita, and Brian Bock all stepped up as well.”

Wissahickon 4, William Tennent 3
Eli Calpas played the hero for Wissahickon, scoring the game-winning goal in the final 8 minutes to give the Trojans a 4-3 victory over William Tennent in Thursday’s SOL Crossover game.
Wissahickon built a 3-0 lead on the strength of three first-half goals (two from Jack Horan and one from Aidan Siemion). But the Panthers answered with the next three goals to forge a 3-3 tie in the 65th minute, setting up Calpas’s heroics.

Springfield Twp 4, Upper Dublin 1
An injury to Upper Dublin’s goalkeeper midway through the first half paused the game – scoreless at the time - nearly a half-hour.
Once the teams regrouped and resumed play, Springfield Twp scored three quick goals and held off Upper Dublin to take a 4-1 win in Thursday’s Liberty Division matchup.
Adam DiBattista assisted on three of the Spartans’ four goals. Eden Ha scored a pair, and Matt Corcoran had a goal and an assist.
Ryan Bond scored Upper Dublin’s lone goal midway through the second half.

Springfield Twp coach Riley Woron: “Early in the game there was an unfortunate serious injury to Upper Dublin's keeper. We wish him the best on a full recovery. The injury had both teams shaken up. Credit to coach Noah and the team for playing strong through the whole game. They have talented players and are very dangerous on the counter. I fully expect them to be a dangerous playoff team.”
Upper Dublin coach Noah Johnson: “We had a 20- or 30-minute intermission (after the injury) … and my guys just weren't mentally ready to play. The game reset with a corner, and they scored immediately.
"Right now, it's us just needing to relax, reset, and try the best we can with what we have. We're off (Friday) for the holiday, and hopefully some rest will help us clear our minds and get back out next week."

Neshaminy 5, Germantown Academy 0
A pair of goals three minutes apart boosted Neshaminy to a 2-0 lead over nonleague opponent Germantown Academy on Thursday.
In a game that saw the entire roster get significant playing time, Neshaminy saw five different players score in a shutout of the Patriots. Brody Collins scored Neshaminy’s first goal and assisted on the second.

—The game: "We got everybody in the roster at least 20 minutes. It was hot today, so it was good. We kept rolling guys in and out, so it was a good team effort.
"We crashed the goal really well today from the left side. Shane's goal was a nice cross from Brody. I thought the ball was going out, and Shane came out of nowhere, tucked it in, which was great.
"We also had three first-time scorers at the varsity level. Shane Beeman got his first goal, Ian Smith got his first varsity goal, and Matt Albright got his first varsity goal, so it. was very good for everybody.
"Overall, we moved the ball well. We played really simple. We shared it. We didn't try to over complicate things today. I was very pleased, and hopefully, that carries over to next week."

Central Bucks South 2, Harriton 2
The Titans hosted Harriton in a non-league matchup on Thursday afternoon. The teams traded goals and traded leads with the match ending in a 2-2 draw. Jackson Tait scored South’s first goal – which tied the score at 1-1 – then assisted on Devyn Ramos Salazar’s first goal of the season later in the half.

Central Bucks South coach Ed Brnardic: “We played much better today. We still have a ways to go, but we are showing improvement and we came in with the right spirit and we were bold in attack. We created several scoring opportunities from different facets of the game, but we just couldn't manage to punch in the winning goal. Harriton was a classy opponent, and the sportsmanship was excellent on both sides. Overall, it was an enjoyable match to be a part of.”
—Props: “Devyn 's hard work all season was finally rewarded with his first goal. He stole the ball at midfield and immediately connected with Jackson Tait and continued his run at full speed. He was rewarded with a beautiful lob pass from Jackson and Devyn took it down and went in 1-on-1 with the keeper and beat him low into the corner. A highlight reel goal for Devyn.
“Tonight, Jackson Tait was our Man of the Match. Harriton certainly did their homework and they marked him closely, but Jackson was a picture of concentration and laser-sharp focus tonight. He brushed off every foul and went about his business. He was locked in, and he was clutch – a deadly combination when he brings those two things together. He scored our first goal, he assisted on our second, he put one off the crossbar late in the game, and he came back on defense to clear out a few dangerous Harriton set plays. An excellent all-around performance.”
