Strengths/Question Marks: “I think our chemistry is one of our biggest strengths. We’re fortunate to be returning a number of players from last year who played significant minutes and understand our culture, our style of play, and what we expect from one another. The biggest question for us will be how quickly our new players can integrate into that culture and become comfortable with our style of play and tactics. The sooner we can get everyone on the same page, the better positioned we’ll be to have success.”
Outlook: “I think we’re going to have a really good year. We have a great group of girls, and some of them have been part of this program since their freshman year and are motivated to leave their mark. I think we have a really good balance of upperclassmen and underclassmen, which should give us a strong mix of experience and energy. My outlook for the season is to get back to the district playoffs and, hopefully, make a deeper run than we did last year. We know it’s going to take commitment, consistency, and everyone buying into the team, but I’m excited about what this group can accomplish."
