Mike Daher's comments, "This was a difficult loss for us against a very competitive team in Pennridge. They played us very tough both times this year. I think they are a well-coached team who has really improved as the season went on this year. We did not hit the ball well today and had some timely errors that led to some runs. Kendall Kornuszko pitched a very efficient game in defeat and really kept us in the game until the end. I feel like we kept battling until the end of the game, but we just could not get the hit that we needed to pull this one out. Hailey Worthington also pitched in a big two run home run that got us to within a run in the fifth inning, put we could not put a run on the board in the final two innings. We have to just see if we can clean up some things defensively going into the District 1 playoffs and if we can get our bats going during the playoffs."
