UD scored a run in the bottom of the 2nd when Paige McKenna (walk) scored on a misplayed ground ball by Sarah O'Brien. They added 4 more in the bottom of the 3rd. Maddie Small led off with a single, followed by a sac bunt by Dooley Hennessey (safe on an error). Kyla Garrison would knock in both Small & Hennesey to make it 3-0. Back to back RBI-doubles by McKenna (plating courtesy runner Jolie Sheppard) and Kate Brannigan made the score 5-0. Abington would answer back with an unearned run in the top of the 4th with an RBI single by Grace Meehan.

During this game, Upper Dublin's Kyla Garrison celebrated two additional career milestones; she recorded her 800th career strikeout in today's game, and also celebrated her 100th career hit (which was achieved on April 20th against Council Rock North). (Picture Attached)
