Pennridge 14, Central Bucks East 8
The middle two quarters proved to be the difference.
Pennridge – 17th in the latest District 1 Class 3A rankings – outscored 23rd-ranked Central Bucks East 11-4 over the second and third quarters to give themselves a cushion and pull away for a 14-8 victory in Thursday’s National Conference matchup.
Reid Moyer led the Rams with five goals and two assists, while Sean Leuthe had three goals and a pair of assists.
Colin Campbell led the Patriots with three goals and an assist, while Alex Sipperly kept things close with 10 saves.

Ben Hutchinson made nine saves and shut out the Titans in the second half to help lift the Bucks to a 9-3 win in Thursday’s National Conference matchup.
Colton Albrecht led the Bucks – ranked 18th in the District 1 Class 3A standings – with five goals and an assist. Killian Eickman won 12 of 16 faceoffs for the Bucks.

Trent Becker and John Curtis each posted eight-point nights as Pennsbury downed North Penn 18-7 in Thursday’s National Conference matchup.
Curtis scored four and assisted on four others, while Becker scored a hat trick and dished out five assists for the 27th-ranked Falcons. Tucker Monzo led all scorers with five-goals.

Souderton scored six unanswered goals in the second quarter to expand a 3-1 first-quarter lead into a 9-2 advantage at halftime as the Indians downed Neshaminy 13-2 in Thursday’s National 
Conference game.
Logan Blair and Ty Sauerwald posted identical scoring results with three goals and one assist each. Max Ryon scooped up eight ground balls and caused three turnovers for the 12th-ranked Indians.

Wissahickon 13 vs Springfield Twp 2

ORELAND, PA In a divisional showdown defined by defensive grit and a breakout performance from their younger core, the Wissahickon Trojans notched a decisive road victory against the Springfield Spartans. While the game began as a tactical stalemate, a relentless offensive surge led by a talented group of underclassmen proved too much for the Spartans to handle.
The silence broke four minutes in when Nolan Reilly set a crushing pick for Kyle Intal on the right attack wing. Intal utilized the screen to perfection, curling off the contact and burying a shot to give Wissahickon the early 1–0 edge.
The Underclassmen Take Over
The story of the evening was the impact of the Trojan sophomores and freshmen. Early in the second quarter, freshman Owen Hudson showcased his hustle, vacuuming up a contested ground ball and finishing strong to double the lead.
Springfield briefly got momentum back when they found senior Kellen Warmen unmarked on the crease. Warmen converted the opportunity to cut the deficit to 2–1, but the Trojans' response was swift and methodical.
Sophomore sensation Paolo Peliggi began to dissect the Spartan defense, first finding junior Cash Whitehead on the doorstep for a goal, then later connecting with Nolan Reilly after a sharp alley dodge from Gavin Hinchcliffe. The Trojans headed into the locker room with a confident 4–1 lead.
The Peliggi Connection
The second half belonged to the Peliggi twins. Sophomore midfielder Davide Peliggi and attackman Paolo Peliggi were an absolute force, combining for a staggering 9 points on the night.
In the third, Austin Myers sparked the transition game, dodging across the field to net a solo goal. Davide then showed off his vision, drawing the defense on a dodge before feeding Hinchcliffe, who mirrored the move perfectly for a quick finish to end the quarter up 5–1.
A Fourth Quarter Avalanche
The final frame saw the Trojans turn a competitive game into a rout. After Chase Comer hammered home a step-down shot off a feed from Link Matozzo, Springfield managed a man-up goal from Warmen to make it 7–2.
The Trojans went on a six-goal run to close the game. Kyle Intal dazzled with a dodge from “X” wrapping around the crease for a clinical finish. Shortly after, Myers found an open Moore for another heavy step-down tally, pushing the lead to 10–2. The Peliggi twins continued to dominate. Paolo showcased his tenacity on the ride, forcing a turnover picking up the ground ball and taking it coast to coast for a solo score. Davide stayed hot and answered soon after, finishing a feed from Andrew “Texas” Ensminger. Ensminger then got one of his own, catching a cross-crease pass from Paolo for the final exclamation point.
Wall of Youth
Wissahickon’s storied tradition of elite goaltending showed no signs of slowing down in their latest divisional clash. The program, which has produced standouts like Scott Pfeiffer (Maryland) and Kyle Crump (Colorado), looks to have found its next wave of defensive anchors.
Junior Liam Ruhren set the tone early, recording five crucial saves to stifle the Springfield offense before handing the reins to the future of the program. The Trojans' freshman duo proved they were ready for the spotlight: Evan Clementi stepped in to turn away two key shots, while Cody Fortescue added a save of his own to preserve the lead and secure the dominant victory and allowing no goals.

After two tough defeats, New Hope-Solebury bounced back, holding off nonleague opponent Lansdale Catholic to earn a 7-5 victory on Senior Night.
Senior Captain Colin Foster led the charge, scoring 2 goals and winning 9 of 13 faceoffs. Brady Restaino had 2 goals and 4 assists. Isiah Tousignant had 2 goals and 1 assist. James Lasky had 1 goal and was key playing attack as well as offensive and defensive middle. Cole Catalano was superb in goal with 14 saves with the Lions being a man down most of the second half.

in the foot with penalties, finally turning back a resilient LC team. A big shout out to junior middle Rogan Restaino, who has been doing a lot of the dirty work in the trenches despite battling numerous injuries all season. After missing two games due to illness, captain Josh Dizio returned to anchor the defense with key ground balls and caused turnovers. Great to have him back.

We challenge our seniors each year to ‘leave the program better than they found it,’ and these three have certainly done that. Their leadership has been outstanding. Propelled by a stellar defensive effort, the Indians notched a hard-fought win over the Warriors in non-league action Wednesday.
Trey Minter and Calvin Sadovy were a winning combination for the Indians with Minter feeding Sadovy for four of the Indians’ goals.
