NORTH PENN 9, CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3
Ismael Cabrales had himself a night.
The Knights’ forward had a hand in seven goals, finishing with a hat trick and four assists to lead the Knights to the decisive win.
Cabrales had a hand in all four of North Penn’s first-period goals. He and Declan Leahy assisted on the game’s first goal – on the power play – by Christopher Silvotti IV. Less than two minutes later, he scored with a Landon Hostetter assist. His second goal (Nolan Shingle/Siolvotti assists) put the Knights on top 3-0, and he assisted on s short-handed goal by Silvotti that gave the Knights a 4-0 lead after one period and ultimately stood as the game-winner.
East got on the scoreboard two-and-a-half minutes into the second period when Samuel Gottesman (Alex Wilson assist) connected on the power play. The Knights answered with goals by Cabrales and Gabriel Dun to go on top 6-1. East’s Joseph Rhett Walker and Shingle exchanged goal’s in the period’s closing minutes, and the Knights took a 7-2 lead into the final period.
Gottesman’s second goal – also on the power play – made it a 7-3 game, but goals by Silvotti and Shingle gave the Knights their final margin of victory.
Andrew Norton earned the win in goal, recording 29 saves . The Knights held a 54-32 advantage in shots.

Nathaniel Grinberg scored one goal and assisted on four others in a five-point game to lead the Golden Hawks in their mercy rule win over the Indians. Adding four-point games were Aiden Guinter (1g, 3a), Keagan Spence (3g. 1a) and Allen Pronin (1g, 3a). Brendan Rooney added a hat trick.
The Hawks scored all the goals they would need in the first period. Guinter scored an unassisted goal just over two minutes into the game that would turn out to be the game-winner. Adding first-period goals were Spence and Grinberg
It was a 5-0 game after two periods, and two goals in the third period put the mercy rule in effect.
Trey Prozzillo recorded the shutout in goal, turning away all 10 shots he faced.

WISSAHICKON 8, HATBORO-HORSHAM 7 (OT)
Mack Risnychok scored with 3:59 remaining in overtime, capping a remarkable comeback by the Hatters, who trailed 7-4 after two periods and reeled off four straight goals to eke out the dramatic win. Chase McClintic and Logan Dicus assisted on the game-winner.
Joseph Gambino IV’s power play goal (Dicus/Risnychok assists) just over a minute into the third period ignited the comeback that included goals by Risnychok (Gambino assist) and Link Matozzo (Dicus and Brielle Rumsey assists). Matozzo’s power play goal evened the score with 4:54 remaining in regulation, setting the stage for Risnychok’s game-winner.
Logan Dicus led the Trojans with a five-point game that included one goal and four assists. McClintic added two goals and two assists for a four-points game while Risnychok (2g, 1a) and Gambino (1g, 2a) both added three-point games.
The Hatters had some big offensive performances as well. Vincent Graziani’s four-goal effort led the attack while Giovanni Bucci had one goal and three assists as both had four-point games.
Early on, the Hatters opened up a 2-0 lead after goals by Joseph Magnin Jr and Graziani, but the two teams were deadlocked 3-3 after one.
The second period belonged to the Hatters, who trailed 4-3 after a McClintic goal early in the period but then reeled off four unanswered goals to go on top 7-4. Graziani accounted for three of the four goals while Nathan Nemchinov had one goal.
Wissahickon’s Fletcher Lynch (24 saves) earned the win in goal.

Blake Ambler scored two goals and assisted on three others, and his five-point night led the attack in PW’s shutout win. Goalie Lucas Bennett also had a big night, turning away all 34 shots he faced in the win.
Contributing three-point games in the win were Jarret Olenginski (1g, 2a), Brandon Wooldridge (1g, 2a), and Daniel Guller (3a).
Liam Kline (Guller/Ambler assists) scored the only goal of the opening period. The Colonials blew the game open with a five-goal second period that included one goal each from Luke Smith. Connor Barclay, Wooldridge, Ryan Jagher and Ambler.
They added three goals in the final period – one each from Olenginski, Kelly and Ambler for the 9-0 final

Grayson Quinn turned a pass from John Barr into a power play goal with just 51 seconds remaining in overtime, propelling the Spartans to the dramatic win.
Earlier, the teams were deadlocked 1-1 after one period with Joseph Widmeier scoring for the Ghosts, and Gavin McManus finding the net for Springfield.
It was the same story in the second period with Springfield’s John Barr and Abington’s Widmeier exchanging goals.
In the third period, Springfield once again took the lead, thanks to a goal by Owen Campbell, but again Widmeier had an answer for the Ghosts – this time with just 30 second remaining in regulation to even the score and send the game to overtime.
Emmett Kline earned the win in goal, turning away 32 shots.

Samuel Norton scored two goals and assisted on two others to lead the Knights to the win at Grundy. It was a five-goal explosion by the Knights in the second period that proved to be the difference in the game.
The two teams were deadlocked at 1-1 after one period. Nolan Shingle scored with seven minutes remaining in the period, and five minutes later Pennsbury’s Declan Donohue scored the equalizer.
The Falcons took a 2-1 lead on a Shane Hicks goal four minutes into the second period. The Knights answered with five straight goals to go on top 6-2 with two from Samuel Norton and one each from Shingle, James Boyle and Christopher Silvotti IV.
Each team scored a goal in the third period. Shane Gleisner scored an early goal to make it a 6-3 game, but Shingle answered, giving the Knights their final margin of victory.
Aidan Quigley earned the win in goal, stopping 23 shots.

The Golden Hawks led 2-0 after one period, but the Redskins cut that lead in half with a goal by Anthony DiCrosta early in the second period. The rest of the game belonged to the Hawks, who closed out the game with six unanswered goals.
Rock South led 5-1 after two periods, thanks to single goals by Keagan Spence, Jordan Sarne and Allen Pronin.
In the third period, Sarne, Brendan Rooney and Pronin each scored a goal for the 8-1 final. Sarne’s hat trick led the Hawks while Pronin added two goals and an assist.
Evan Ayala earned the win in goal for the Golden Hawks, stopping 21 of 22 shots.

Joseph Slobodrian and Ryan Frey each had six-point games to lead the Titans to the no-doubt-about-it win. Slobodrian finished with one goal and five assists while Frey had three goals and three assists.
Five minutes into the game, Nolan Senigo scored with assists from Owen Frey and Gavin Ostrobrod. That goal stood as the game-winner, but before the period had ended the Titans had seven goals on the board on their way to the mercy rule win. Frey and Dominic Gibson both had two goals while Ryan Montagna and Joseph Slobodrian each added single goals.
The Bucks never threatened.
CB South’s Nathan Napolitano was forced to make just five saves in the shutout win. CB West’s Isaac Mays was credited with 50 saves.
