Quakertown ends 2025 with a win over Dock Mennonite Academy in a competitive matchup marked by balanced scoring and strong defensive stretches on both sides.

Quakertown set the tone early, using steady offensive execution to build a 17–15 lead after the first quarter. The momentum continued into the second quarter, where Quakertown outscored Dock 12–10, taking a 29–25 advantage into halftime.

Dock came out strong after the break, pushing the pace and winning the third quarter 16–13, cutting into the deficit and keeping the game within reach heading into the final period. However, Quakertown responded defensively in the fourth quarter, limiting Dock to just 6 points while adding 14 of their own to seal the win.

We discussed before the game the importance of continuing to play aggressive defense and finding quality shots on offense. Today, we were able to put it all together. The girls found their rhythm today. This was the definition of a team win. We had some players get into foul trouble early, and we had to go to our bench. Those girls did a great job when their number was called. It's great to end 2025 with a win, but we know there is still a lot of work to be done in 2026.

Alexa Seneca played her best game of the season, having 26 points in the game. She continues to practice hard and watch film. Her hard work is paying off. Freshman, Alexa Reich, played really well in the tournament defensively. She made some really key baskets for us in this game, finishing with 10 points. She has worked hard on her offensive game and it came together today. We will take this momentum into our game on Saturday against Daniel Boone.
