HATBORO-HORSHAM 7, PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 3
Two days after coming up short in a showdown with PW in a battle of the conference’s top two squads, the Hatters avenged that loss, handing the Colonials their first loss of the season. Both teams now have one loss in conference play.
The two teams were deadlocked 3-3 with seven minutes remaining in the second period after a goal by Carson Wooldridge only to see the Hatters close out the game with four unanswered goals to earn the win.
Vincent Graziani began the Hatters’ run with a power play goal with 4:46 remaining in the second, and two minutes later, Luca Staffieri scored an unassisted goal to send the Hatters into the final period with a 5-3 lead. A pair of third period goals by Graziani – the second a short-handed goal – gave the Hatters their final margin of victory.
Graziani finished the game with a four-goal effort. Staffieri’s five-point game (3g,2a) led the Hatters.
Hatboro-Horsham goalie Dominic Sestito earned the win between the pipes, turning away 35 of 38 shots he faced.

The Fords opened up a 3-0 lead after one period and added a goal early in the second to take a four-goal advantage. East’s Benjamin Dempsey broke the Fords’ run with a goal, but that would be the extent of the scoring for the Patriots, who held a 42-32 advantage in shots, an advantage that was negated by the 41-save effort of Haverford goalie Dylan Vieira.

Defense was the name of the game for both sides.
Andrew Slutsky turned away all 23 shots he faced to earn the shutout win in goal, anchoring the defense for the Rams.
After a scoreless opening period and with eight minutes remaining in the second, Ryan Burke turned a pass from Kaden Gunning into a goal that turned out to be the game-winner. James Rush added a goal four minutes later, using assists from Georgios Siokos and Landan Bishop. Rush’s second goal with 1:17 remaining in regulation closed out the scoring on the second win of the SHSHL season for the Rams.
Neshaminy’s Thomas Fox also had a big game in goal, turning away 36 of 39 shots.

The Titans broke a scoreless tie with a pair of goals in the second period.
Nolan Senigo found the back of the net with 5:29 remaining in the period, using assists from Ryan Frey and Owen Frey. Ryan Montagna’s goal with just over a minute remaining in the period (Ryan Frey/Liam Oregan assists) put the Titans on top 2-0.
South upped its lead to 4-0 with back-to-back goals by Senigo (unassisted) and Owen Frey (Dominic Gibson/John Lord assists) before East got on the scoreboard with a goal from Cole Kleindienst (Jack Kochan assist). Dominic Gibson (Cole Lichtenstein/Owen Frey assists) scored the game’s final goal with 2:59 remaining.
Nathan Napolitano earned the win in goal, turning away 21 of 22 shots he faced. Cameron Young kept the Patriots in it with a 49-save effort.

Propelled by the three-goal effort of Logan Dicus, the Trojans picked up the conference win over the Ghosts.
The Trojans took a tenuous 3-2 lead into the final period and upped that advantage to 6-2 before the Ghosts scored a pair of late goals. Dicus gave the Trojans a two-goal advantage with 8:13 remaining when he scored on a power play, using an assist from Mack Risnychok. That was followed by goals from Logan Honeycutt and Risnychok.
Abington’s Katherine Wenhold and Jamison Donofry scored back-to-back goals for the 6-4 final.
Fletcher Lynch turned away 20 shots in a winning effort in goal for the Trojans.

The Golden Hawks opened up a 6-0 lead after one quarter on their way to the mercy rule win. Eleven players contributed to the scoring with Keagan Spence’s six-point game (4g, 2a) leading the attack. Ryan Quigley (1g,2a) and Jacob Cohen (1g,2a) contributed three-point games, and adding two-point games were Nathaniel Grinberg (2a), Aiden Guinter (2a), Garrett Hensel (2g), Aidan Judge (1g,1a), Brendan Rooney (1g,1a) and William Hollis (1g,1a).
Rock South goalie Evan Ayala was forced to make just three saves in the shutout win.

The Knights kept their perfect record intact, erupting for four second-period goals to take control of the contest.
A goal by Declan Leahy (Derek Lugara/Christopher Silvotti IV assists) with one second remaining in the first period spotted the Knights a 1-0 lead. They reeled off four straight goals to open the second period – single goals by Nolan Shingle and Samuel Norton (power play) sandwiched around a pair of Danial Cabrales goals for a 5-0 North Penn lead.
Pennsbury answered with back-to-back goals by Derek Nink and Shane Gleisner to make it a 5-2 game after two periods.
A shorthanded goal by Christopher Silvotti in the opening minute of the third period closed out the scoring for both sides.

In a battle of the American Conference’s premiere squads – both unbeaten in league play, it was the Colonials breaking a 3-3 tie with a pair of goals in the third period.
Brandon Wooldridge (Daniel Guller/Cooper Kanze assist) broke the tie with a goal that stood as the game-winner with 3:41 remaining in regulation.
Daniel Guller tacked on an insurance goal with just over a minute remaining.
Earlier, in the opening period, Cooper Kanze’s unassisted goal spotted the Colonials a 1-0 lead, but the Hatters answered with back-to-back goals in a span of just over a minute – the first by Kyle Roesing and the second by Evan Snow (Aiden North assist). Cooper Kanze turned a Guller pass into the equalizer.
In the second period, Hatboro-Horsham’s Nathan Nemchinov and PW’s Brandon Wooldridge exchanged goals. Wooldridge’s came on the power play.
PW’s Max Yoder stood tall in goal, turning away 40 of 43 shots to earn the win.
