PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 9, WISSAHICKON 2
Daniel Guller’s five-point game (2g,3a) and Blake Ambler’s four-point night (1g,3a) led the Colonials to a win over the Trojans at Hatfield Ice.
The Colonials opened up a 3-0 lead after the first period, thanks to one goal each from Blake Ambler, Luke Wynne and Cooper Kanze. They extended that lead to 5-0 after back-to-back goals by Guller before the Trojans got on the scoreboard with their only goals of the game – one each from Logan Dicus and Mack Risnychok.
PW closed out the game with four unanswered goals in the third period.
Also for the Colonials, Kanze (1g,2a) and Ryan Jagher (1g,2a) added three-point games while Brandon Wooldridge (1g,1a) and Morgan Hulitt (2a) both had two-point games.
Max Yoder earned the win in goal with 26 saves.

The Spartans broke a 1-1 tie after one period with three unanswered goals in the second period. Neither team scored the rest of the way as the Spartans held on for the win.
In the opening period, Abington’s Luke Cunningham scored the game’s first goal, and less than a minute later, Gavin McManus scored the equalizer for Springfield.
The second period belonged to the Spartans, who scored three unanswered goals – one each from Kellen Warman (power play), John Barr and Grayson Quinn.
Emmett Kline earned the win in goal for Springfield, turning away 23 of 24 shots.

Maxwell Ryon’s nine-point game (6g, 3a) led the Indians to Thursday’s mercy rule win. Julia Kaminsky (5g,2a) and Jackson Kelly (1g,6a) each had seven-point games. Caden O’Neill added three assists for three points.
Kaminsky opened the game with back-to-back goals – her first stood as the game-winner. The Indians led 8-0 after one quarter on their way to the win in the abbreviated contest.

COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 6, DOWNINGTOWN WEST 3
The Golden Hawks – sparked by two goals from Jake Weiner and one from Jordan Sarne - took a 3-2 lead into the second 
period. Rock South’s Nathaniel Grinberg scored the lone goal in the second period, using assists from Ryan Quigley and Connor Holland. Grinberg’s goal turned out to be the game-winner.
Downingtown West pulled to within two with a short-handed goal, but Sarne and Aiden Guinter answered with back-to-back goals for the 6-3 final.
Trey Prozzillo earned the win in goal with 28 saves on 31 shots.

In a battle of two of the SOL’s top squads, it was the Golden Hawks earning the shutout win at Hatfield Ice Wednesday.
A power play goal by Jake Weiner midway through the opening period with assists from Jordan Sarne and Wesley Mallon gave the Hawks a 1-0 advantage.
Early in the second period, Weiner (Sarne assist) found the net with an insurance goal, and Brenda Rooney (Jacob Cohen assist) added a goal that put the Golden Hawks on top 3-0.
Neither team scored in the third period.
Trey Prozzillo turned away all 26 shots he faced in the shutout win in goal.

The Patriots took a 2-0 lead in the opening period and still led by two heading into the final period when they put the game away with two unanswered goals.
Joseph Rhett Walker and Evan Asimakopoulos each scored a goal in the first period to spot the Patriots a 2-0 lead. Ethan Cenci’s goal early in the second period put the Patriots on top 3-0 before Neshaminy got on the scoreboard on a goal by Nathan Parker three minutes later.
In the third period, East’s Cole Kleindienst and Samual Gottesman each added a goal.
Matthew Urena turned away 29 of 30 shots he faced to earn the win in goal for the Patriots.

Christopher Silvotti IV delivered a hat trick to lead the Knights to the win in a battle between the neighboring rivals at Hatfield Ice. The win was the third without a loss in league play for the Knights.
James Boyle scored early in the opening period, and Landan Bishop answered with a goal for the Rams. Silvotti connected on a power play goal with 3:29 remaining in the period to give the Knights a lead they would not lose. With three seconds remaining in the period, Silvotti scored his second goal to put the Knights on top 3-1.
Neither team scored in the second period, and the Knights put the finishing touches on the win with third period goals by Silvotti and Nolan Shingle to close out the scoring.
Andrew Norton turned away 17 of 18 shots he faced to earn the win in goal for the Knights. Pennridge’s Andrew Slutsky was credited with 36 saves.

Nathan Nemchinov had himself a night, scoring four goals and assisting on four others to lead the Hatters to the no-doubt-about it win at Hatfield ice. Vincent Graziani (2g,4a) added a six-point game while Luca Staffieri contributed two goals and two assists (4 points), and Reid Rochestie had a three-point game (1g,2a).
Kyle Roesing put the Hatters on the board in the opening minutes of the first period only to see Springfield answer with a pair of goals – one each from Lincoln Coleman and Grayson Quinn.
William Moffa Jr scored in the opening minute of the second period to even the score 2-2, but once again, the Spartans answered, this time with a goal by Owen Campbell to go on top 3-2. The Hatters closed out the period with four straight goals, opening up a 6-3 advantage. In the Hatters 4-0 run, Nemchinov scored a pair of goals sandwiched around single goals by Graziani and Staffieri.
The Hatters put an exclamation point on the win with six unanswered goals in the third period.
Eric Miller earned the win in goal with 16 saves for the Hatters.

Downingtown East scored back-to-back goals to open the game, but the rest of Wednesday’s non-league contest at Grundy belonged to Pennsbury.
The Falcons closed out the opening period with three straight goals to go on top 3-2. Shane Gleisner, Jacob Sarver and Ryan Kalachik each scored a goal for the Falcons.
In the second period, Hicks and Gleisner each scored a goal for the 5-2 final.
Brendan Milliken had a strong outing in goal, turning away 30 of 32 shots to earn the win.
