Offensive Player of the Week

Evan Tolmie, Wissahickon – The senior quarterback had a big night in Wissahickon’s 28-27 overtime win over Upper Moreland, completing 14 of 24 passes for 310 yards and two touchdowns, which included an eight-yard touchdown pass to Dom Harvey-Sheppard in overtime.

Defensive Players of the Week

Council Rock South defensive unit – The Golden Hawks’ defense stymied a Souderton offense that had averaged close to 50 points a game in its preceding four games and – like Council Rock South – entered the game without a loss in conference play. The Indians had just 42 total yards rushing on 31 carries (1.4 yards per carry) in Council Rock South’s 14-7 win over Souderton.

Braylen Cape, Central Buck South – The junior running back had 11 catches for 61 yards, two catches for 30 yards and 113 yards on kickoff returns in Central Bucks South’s 28-14 win over Abington. All told, Cape accounted for 204 yards total offense.

Aidan Mayfield, Bensalem – The senior running back had close to 200 rushing yards and three touchdowns in Bensalem’s 43-7 win over Council Rock North.

Gavin Mensch – The junior quarterback threw for 130 yards and ran for 105 more – all in the first half before leaving with an injury - in William Tenent’s 41-18 loss to Hatboro-Horsham. The Panthers trailed by just a 20-12 score at halftime.

Nick Miletto, Central Bucks West – The junior scored a pair of touchdowns and was a dynamic player on both sides of the football in Central Bucks West’s 28-14 win over Pennridge.

Quakertown defensive unit – The defense pitched a shutout in Quakertown’s 47-0 win over Harry S Truman.

Quentin West, Wissahickon – The senior wide receiver caught five passes for 147 yards in Wissahickon’s 28-27 overtime win over Upper Moreland.

Kyler Roesener, Quakertown – The senior running back ran for 154 yards and three touchdowns on just 12 carries in Quakertown’s 47-0 win over Harry S Truman, averaging 12.8 yards a carry.
