I thought we started off really strong, but unfortunately the outcome was not in our favor today. We only allowed one goal in the second half and made some defensive adjustments, including moving Sam Farno to the back. She is such a versatile player and did a great job in that role. A big shoutout to our keeper, Ava Fell, who had 18 incredible saves out of 20 shots on cage and really kept us in the match. Another highlight was Ally Maier, who has stepped up in the second half of the season. She played multiple positions today and adapted so well. I also want to recognize Manika Ishi, who fought hard in our attacking circle and continues to be such a coachable player, always willing to make adjustments and put in the work. It has been great to see her progress this season.
