Council Rock North outlasted Neshaminy 3-2 (25-27; 23-25; 26-24; 28-26; 15-13).

Senior Olivia Szymkiewicz led CRN with 32 Kills and 4 aces; Sophomore Ellie Lapinski added 16 kills and 8 aces, and Senior Marcela Roszko added 4 kills and 2 aces. Sophomore setter led the offense with 50 assists, 2 kills, and 2 aces.

For the 7th consecutive time, the teams battled for more than 2 hours and played 5 sets, this time, making it even closer, separated by 2 points. The teams battled back and forth. During the 4th set, CRN was down 12-19 and sophomore Ellie Lapinski and senior Olivia Szymkiewicz took turns taking some big swings, combining for 15 kills to lead the come back. Once again CRN found themselves in a hole at 6-10 in the 5th set when the duo combined for 7 kills to lead the comeback.

We found ourselves down in the most of the sets. Regardless of the score, the team kept fighting back. It is a good sign for things to come.
