We had a hard time finding our rhythm today. Springfield has some very strong finishers, and they were able to capitalize on their opportunities. At halftime, we regrouped and made a few adjustments to our system, which led to the equalizer when Maggie Brophy connected with Keiley Hawk, who calmly finished. We created a few more dangerous chances but couldn’t quite get them to fall our way.

Gracie Costello had a tremendous performance in net, keeping us in the game with key saves. This is a match we need to learn from, and we’ll look to apply those lessons as we prepare for our next game against Lower Moreland.
