I thought we started the game really well and created some good chances early. Just couldn’t seem to connect in the final third.

With about 10 minutes left in the first half, West scored on a corner kick. But we responded well and finished the half strong.

Second half we came out with a strong mentality and kept grinding. Halfway through the second half, Fin put a great cross in the box that Manners got on the end of to tie game.

Manners then scored two more goals late to take the lead off of great assists from Pisoni and Shaw to complete his hat trick


West is a good team and we know John will put out a great brand of soccer and have those guys playing well. So it’s a good win early in the season.
