Reasons for choosing DeSales: “I actually wasn’t looking at any other schools. After watching my sister
at DeSales, I knew I wanted to go there.”
Favorite Souderton sports memory: “My favorite memory is being able to experience all the wins we got with my girls and also the bus rides.”
Souderton coach Eric Houston: “Madison is an outstanding person. She’s definitely one of those kids that the players and even myself and my staff had a great love for. She was very bubbly, she was very understanding. She had a lot of great knowledge to say to the girls about everything - personal stuff that was going on and just being the light of the party as far as our team was concerned.
“As far as her basketball play, she sacrificed a lot for the team. Normally, she was a starter for the past two years, and then we brought her off the bench in a different role. She had some frustrating moments, but she took that role on, and she understood the significance of how it would help the team be successful, and she dove into it, and she did an outstanding job for us this year in that role.”
