On Monday, May 18, 2026, Central Bucks South seniors Josh Dozier, Dylan Lynch & Ryan Wiener were recognized for committing to play soccer at the collegiate level.
Joshua Dozier – Dickinson College (Soccer)
Major: International Business
Final list of colleges: Dickinson, Muhlenberg, Swarthmore
Reasons for choosing Dickinson: “I chose Dickinson because I felt the coaching staff really valued my skill, and the academic level at Dickinson is very high, which I value a lot. Also, the team has been to back-to-back Elite Eight appearances and won the Centennial Conference title this year, so they have a strong program and high academic profile.”
What was the progression that led you to playing soccer at the collegiate level? “I started to think I wanted to play in college around ninth grade because I enjoy playing the sport
a lot, and I value being on a team and the friendships that come along with it.”
Central Bucks South coach Edward Brnardic: “Josh embodies everything I could ever ask for in a player—hard work, a positive attitude, resilience, and maturity. Over the course of his career, he helped lead CB South through our most successful stretch in program history. From scoring our lone goal in the PIAA State Championship final as a sophomore, to helping lead a Colonial Division championship and our best district finish as a junior, to captaining the program to its first back-to-back league championships as a senior, Josh has made an incredible impact on this team. What makes me most proud, though, is the respect he earned through his work ethic, character, and leadership. Being named the league’s Player of the Year was a well-deserved honor, and Dickinson College is getting not only a tremendous player, but an outstanding young man and teammate.”

Dylan Lynch – Thomas Jefferson University (Soccer)
Major: Finance
Final list of colleges: Thomas Jefferson, Scranton, Penn State, La Salle, Ursinus
Reasons for choosing Thomas Jefferson: “I knew Penn State and La Salle were schools I would not be playing soccer, and Scranton, Jefferson and Ursinus were. Jefferson is close to the city, and when I visited, I felt very at home. I felt the coaching staff was very welcoming. I’ve 
actually known the head coach because he works for my club, and it was just good connections. I knew a couple people who were committing there with me, and I knew it was the right choice.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in soccer at the collegiate level? “I always knew I wanted to play in college. Ever since freshman year, I was really heavy on recruiting. At the end, I was considering not playing soccer just depending how everything went and unfolded, but it wasn’t something I’ve wanted to do ever since I had the ability to earn and chase that achievement.”
Central Bucks South coach Edward Brnardic: “Dylan Lynch has a true love for the game, and that passion has meant so much to our program. He brought tremendous effort and heart to every training session and every match, and he set the tone for what it means to compete. Dylan is a versatile player who can use either foot and can ping a ball on a dime from 40 yards away. Over the last couple years, he has been someone I could always count on to take care of our younger players, help them adjust to the demands of high school soccer, and lead by example every single day. We are proud of Dylan, grateful for everything he has given to this program, and excited to see all he will accomplish at Thomas Jefferson University.”

Ryan Wiener – Alvernia University (Soccer)
Major: Business Management

Reasons for choosing Alvernia: “The head coach was always very nice and went out of his way to text me and ask me how my day was going, how was school, and he made me feel
like part of the family.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in soccer at the collegiate level? “When I was real young, everybody always wants to go pro. I always had the desire to play soccer at the next level due to my dad coaching me at a young age, and I’ve loved the sport since I was three. Alvernia was probably one of the better choices because I loved the campus as well – the campus was beautiful, and the diverse people that go there as well as the coach.”
Central Bucks South coach Edward Brnardic: “Ryan Wiener was our goalkeeper at CB South this past season and played an important role in helping our team win a league championship. He worked hard every day, continued to improve throughout the year, and showed the commitment and perseverance you want in a student-athlete. We’re proud of the progress he has made and excited to see him continue his soccer career at Alvernia University next year. We congratulate Ryan on this opportunity and wish him continued success at the next level.”
