NESHAMINY 13, ABINGTON 3
The Redskins trailed 3-2 after one inning but answered by reeling off 11 unanswered runs on their way to the win. They collected 19 hits in the contest.
Kendall McCafferty’s four-hit showing led the ‘Skins and included a pair of home runs – a two-run 
shot in the top of the sixth and a two-run homer in the seventh. Sophia Martin hit a solo home run in the top of the third and a three-run home run in the top of the sixth.
For the Ghosts, Grace Meehan’s three-hit day led the way.
Adriana Superka earned the win in relief, fanning seven in four scoreless innings.

Key inning: Top of second – Trailing 3-2, the Redskins plated a pair of runs to take a lead they would not lose. Shannon Skeels had an RBI single, and Avery McCafferty’s sacrifice fly plated the go-ahead run.
Up next: Neshaminy will travel to Council Rock South Tuesday, and Abington will host Neshaminy Tuesday.

PENNSBURY 17, CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 7 (5 innings)
In an abbreviated contest that saw the teams combine for 24 runs and 28 hits, it was the Falcons earning the mercy rule win.
After falling behind 2-0, they scored four runs in the second and six more in the third to go on top 10-2. The Patriots, who scored one run in the fourth, added four in the fifth on a Carly Franklin grand slam to make it a 10-7 game, but the Falcons answered with seven runs in the bottom of the inning to bring an early end to the game.
Jaylynn Rodweller had a huge day at the plate for the Falcons, finishing with four hits that included a two-run double in the four-run second and a three-run home run in the six-run third. Jenna Thompson added three hits, including a two-run home run in the bottom of the fifth. Syd Kandravi followed Thompson’s homer with a solo shot of her own.
For the Patriots, Franklin’s five RBIs led the way.

Conestoga opened up a 5-0 lead after plating four runs in the third inning, and the Lady Rams never could dig themselves out of that early hole.
They made it a two-run game after scoring three in the fifth, but they would get no closer. Highlights of the fifth inning included singles by Jules Pliszka, Taylor Toutkoushian (RBI), Madison Heinrich (RBI), Emersyn Lesher and Jadyn Gulbinski (RBI).
Gulbinski’s three-hit effort led the Rams.

CUMBERLAND VALLEY 9, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 8
Rock North made the trek to Cumberland Valley for a non-league game, and the Indians found themselves on the short end of a 5-0 score after one inning. It was an uphill battle the rest of the way.
It was a 7-1 game heading into the fifth inning when the Indians’ offense came to life, plating three runs with an assist from Cumberland Valley’s defense – which committed back-to-back errors.
Cumberland Valley took a 9-4 lead into the sixth when the Indians added four runs to their total.
Chelsea Seiler, who had a double, led the Indians with three RBIs. Zoe Hornstein had a pair of hits and two RBIs.
