The Lady Patriots earned a hard-fought sweep over a very strong Lady Lions team.
Sophomore Kaelyn Ware stepped in as a setter for Senior Brynne Vonder Schmalz (who is out with an injury) and delivered a strong overall stat line with 11 assists, 4 kills, 4 aces, and 4 digs. Junior Rylee Parente co-authored the offense for 11 assists and 3 digs. The defense law firm of O'Brien, Muzsi and Frith once anchored the back line defense, with Senior Carmyn O'Brien contributing 17 digs and 13 assists. The offense was balanced once again, with Senior Alli Minacci (8 kills, 4 blocks, 3 aces), Senior Summer Darling (8 kills and 1 block) and Sophomore Marcela Pietka (8 kills, 3 aces) leading the charge. Senior Sophie Fiander (5 kills and 3 blocks) and Senior Kiera Lozon (4 kills and 3 blocks) provided both timely offense and defense.

The Titans received contributions up and down the lineup in their sweep of the Spartans.

Phoenixville 3, WILLIAM TENNENT 0 (27-25, 25-20, 25-23)
The Tennent Panthers battled hard on a Friday afternoon after back-to-back home games and started out strong up by a significant margin; Phoenixville worked their way back though, and ultimately Tennent was unable to pull of the win and fell to the Phoenixville Phantoms, ending a 3-game winning streak. The Panthers still had some incredible moments with our sophomore libero KayKay Lorenz racking up an impressive 19 digs and senior outside Aubrey Lynch leading the offense with 11 kills, an ace and a block assist. Our senior setter Emily Kehner had a season high record of 27 assists.

In Friday’s sweep of the Tigers, senior outside hitter, Giselle Bonner, led the Panther offense with 12 kills and 4 aces.
Sophomore right side, Emily Hoffman, contributed 5 kills on 7 swings.
Senior right side hitter, Ellie Mulhearn, had 4 kills.
Senior middle blocker, Latyana Turchi, and Freshman middle blocker, Luisa Bonner, each contributed 3 kills to the offense.
