SOL National Conferece
COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 3, NESHAMINY 1 (25-20, 25-15, 23-25, 25-12)
The Hawks won their league match up, advancing to 9-1 in the National Conference against a constantly improving Neshaminy team.
Olivia DeSaro led the charge with 19 kills, our aces and 21 digs. Middle Kristina put up two blocks and nine kills. Setter Emelie Korn put up 31 assists, two aces and 12 digs. Libero Chloe Brossman dug up 23 and added three aces. Haley Lukach added five kills. Mia Bacevich added eight assists, three aces and six digs.
“It was a total team effort,” Rock South Kelly Korn said.
Up next: Council Rock South will host Pennsbury for its Senior Night game Friday, and Neshaminy will travel to Council Rock North on Thursday.
COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 3, HARRY S TRUMAN 0 (25-11, 25-15, 25-13)
Council Rock North celebrated Senior Night with a sweep of the visiting Tigers.
Council Rock was led by seniors Helena Lentz with six kills and nine aces, Marcela Roszko with 30 assists and three aces, Olivia Szymkiewicz with 14 kills and three aces, Sloane Jordan with 10 kills, and Ava Liedl with three kills and two aces.
"Senior Night is always special and last night was no different," Rock North coach Joe Schweitzer said. "All of the seniors were able to share the court for all of the sets and enjoy their journey together.
"Helena was a catalyst with some very tough serving, nine aces on 15 serves, and timely kills. Marcela ran an efficient offense with 30 assists."
Up next: Council Rock North will host Neshaminy on Thursday, and Harry S Truman will be on the road at Bensalem Thursday.
WILLIAM TENNENT 3, BENSALEM 0 (25-13, 25-18, 26-24)
The Panthers celebrated a big 3-0 sweep against a tough Bensalem team during their Senior Night on Tuesday. Senior 
Middle, Kristina Bentsionova also achieved a big milestone in her career by hitting her 500th kill - she led the team's offense with 13 total kills, two blocks and five aces. Senior setter Grace Sabara put up an impressive 34 assists and one block. Senior and captain Jalicia Torres controlled an outstanding defense by putting up an incredible 18 digs and a pair of aces.
“It was a big night for Tennent and we couldn't have asked for a better team victory to celebrate our seniors," Tennent coach Darcy Lockman said.
Up next: William Tennent will host Springfield Twnshp High School on Friday, and Bensalem will host Harry S Truman on Thursday.
SOL Colonial Conference
SOUDERTON 3, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 0 (27-25, 25-20, 25-17)
The visiting Indians eked out a win in the opening set and rode the momentum of that win to a sweep of the Titans.

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3, QUAKERTOWN 2 (13-25, 20-25, 25-20, 25-17 15-8)
The Patriots found themselves staring at a 2-0 deficit, but instead of hanging their heads, they rallied, winning the next three. It was their third win in as many outings.
Summer Darling was the offensive star of the night for East, posting 15 kills to go along with six digs and one service ace. Alli Minacci (14 kills with a .429 hitting percentage, 6 blocks, 6 digs and 4 service aces) again delivered a very strong stat line. Kiera Lozon (7 kills and 2 blocks) and Taliya Pettigrew 5 kills and 1 block) also made strong contributions at the net. The defensive law firm of O'Brien (21 digs, 3 service aces, 2 kills), Frith (5 digs and 2 service aces) and Muzsi (6 digs) manned the defense and Brynne Vonder Schmalz (38 assists, 10 digs, and 4 service aces) did a masterful job of directing the Lady Patriots attack.

NORTH PENN 3, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-18)
The Knights kept their magical season alive, winning for the ninth time in as many conference matches.

North Penn Knights Volleyball climb to 14-0 over Central Bucks West, Winning the Continental Conference.

The North Penn Knights added another win to their undefeated streak, downing Central Bucks West, 3-0. The Knights imposed their will on the Bucks with an impressive win in the North Penn Navy gym. The win over West solidified the Knights’ sole possession of the Continental Conference championship, a first for the program.
The first set started like a heavyweight fight. Both teams were assessing their opponents with body shots and trading points. North Penn, at 6-6, took the first significant lead of the set, extending the gap to 9-6 with junior setter Sofie Potrusilova at the service line. Sofie’s sister, senior captain/outside hitter Madlen Potrusilova, registered four kills on seven swings, and Holland Van Ooyen added three more. Maya Mukulski, junior
captain middle hitter, dominated the net with three solo blocks, and Sofie Potrusilova added two more in set one, shutting down the West offense. CB West tied the match at twelve, and North Penn pulled away winning set one 25-18.
The Knights took command in set two with senior captain Belle Mukulski building a quick 6-1 lead from the service line. After a quick trading of points, North Penn ended an epic rally with a block by Maya Mukulski, and Maya took control at the serving line, totaling four aces and building a 10-2 lead. West stormed back to come within one at 11-10, but North Penn took back control of the set, building a quick 14-11 advantage. After trading a few points, the Knights began to pull away at 17-14 and again at 20-16. Sofie Potrusilova added three solo blocks on West’s big hitter, and Maya Mikulski added two more blocks. The Knights polished off the Bucks 25-18. North Penn registered 13 solo blocks in the first two sets, dominating above the tape.
The final set of the match started slowly at a 2-2 tie, and then North Penn stepped on the accelerator, building an 8-2 lead. After a quick West timeout, the Knights added to the lead, 11-3. The Potrusilova sisters, Madlen and Sofie, both had three kills with Maya Mukulski and Holland Van Ooyen adding two more kills each. Kate Donaldson, senior libero, added two aces and ate up West’s swings on defense. The block party continued with Maya Mukulski adding two more solo blocks and Sofie Potrusilova contributing one more. The Knights were too much for CB West, and the Knights pulled away for the win, 25-18.
North Penn’s performance balanced tough offense, gritty defense, and the best blocking of the season. The Knights kept the Bucks off balance and took their best attacks with stifling defense. Central Bucks West is formidable and was also competing for the Continental Conference title; however, North Penn’s consistent game play sealed the season championship with the first solo title in program history. The Knights volleyball program celebrated their fourth program sweep of the season, with JV beating CB West in two sets as well. Congratulations to the North Penn Knights for the 2025 Continental Championship.
North Penn will travel to CB South on Thursday and will celebrate their Seniors against Dock on Friday.
SOL American Conference
PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 3, CHELTENHAM 0 (25-13, 25-11, 25-11)
PW came away with the 3-0 victory. Junior Eliza Meersman led the team with nine kills and three aces, senior Marissa Storti had eight kills and three aces, junior Ryleigh Gunn had four kills and one block, senior Chloe Esslinger had four aces, six digs and passed at 2.625 on serve receive, and sophomore Ellie Coyle lead with eight aces and 16 assists.
Up next: Plymouth Whitemarsh will host Wissahickon Thursday, and Cheltenham will travel to Hatboro-Horsham on Thursday.
UPPER DUBLIN 3, ABINGTON 0 (25-16, 25-13, 25-20)
The Flying Cardinals looked every bit the part of the American Conference’s top squad, but Abington coach Marlene Jackson had high praise for her team’s effort despite the outcome.
“We put up a spirited and competitive performance in our match,” The Ghosts’ coach said. “The team showed resilience and teamwork throughout the game, with standout efforts from juniors Sofie Heininger (1 ace, 8 kills, 2 digs) and Maddie Peltzer (5 kills, 6 digs), who brought energy and precision to the court.
“The senior lineup—Ava Connelly, Keeleigh Boyes, Ava Peltzer, Katie Pennekamp, Annabeth Rourke, Brooke Edmonds, Morgan Kuchar, Charlotte Lowery, and Erica Winegard—played with heart and hustle, contributing across all rotations and keeping the pressure on Upper Dublin throughout the match.
“Though the scoreboard didn’t reflect a win, the team’s effort, chemistry, and competitive spirit were undeniable. Every set was a showcase of growth and grit—setting the stage for a strong finish to the season.”
Up next: Upper Dublin will host Springfield Twp on Thursday, and Abington will travel to New Hope-Solebury Thursday.

The Lady Patriots posted their second win a row with a hard-fought victory against Neshaminy on their Senior Night.
The team’s two healthy seniors made significant contributions in the win, with Joyce Bardwell posting eight digs and two kills and Abi Zmuda contributing nine digs, six kills and six service aces. Those seniors were supported by a monster night from Alli Minacci (20 kills with an incredible .567 hitting percentage, 7 service aces, 2 blocks and 2 digs) and Brynne Vonder Schmalz (30 assists, 8 digs and 4 service aces). Also delivering strong performances were Carmyn O'Brien (14 digs and 5 service aces) and Summer Darling (5 kills, 3 service aces and 2 digs).
