Reasons for choosing King’s: “Offered an opportunity to play soccer and got into the (physician assistant) program.”
Pennsbury coach Tom Stoddart: “Ryan Mathis will be playing soccer at King’s College. Ryan was
a four-year varsity player at Pennsbury, he was a two-year captain. He is just an all-around extremely well-prepared young man. His college coach is getting a piece of gold because he’s not only prepared on the field, but he’ll be prepared in the classroom. He’s going to make the campus a better place. He’s just a guy that you want – he’s a natural born leader. It’s going to be a big hole to fill his leadership abilities here at Pennsbury, but I’m just so happy for him. He’s more than ready to move on. I’m super excited for him and his family.”
